Working with Travis and Rebecca was a great experience. From the first telephone call , we really appreciated a contractor who did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it. Not only did you complete our pool before the promised time but you went the extra mile to make sure everything was done correctly and working properly.

Just a quick note to say thank you for your professional and friendly service whilst building our families new pool. It has added a new dimension to our home life in that we now spend much more time together as a family, relaxing and having fun.
It was great to have somebody willing to listen to our ideas and also give us input into the little things that we never thought about.Right from the time you came out to quote, through to handover (on time), everyone on site had the utmost respect for our family and our home environment.

We love our new john Clark Pool. After hearing so many horror stories about some other pool companies, we were extremely worried about ending up with a horror story of our own instead, we now have a beautiful pool. The entire team at John Clark pools were not only efficient but friendly and became almost like family to us. The children were delighted to be swimming in no time at all. Just to let you how much we are enjoying our pool and how we enjoyed our association with the John Clark Pool team. Although the construction was completed in mid-winter the kids having been swimming every day since!
We would just like to highlight below our experience with John Clark Pools.
From the time we contacted John Clark Pools the process was smooth. Initially, Graeme came out and discussed options as to the type of pool we desired and the location. When we had decided on the location of the pool, he spent a couple of hours helping us decided on the size and shape. Later, we decided on a different location and Graeme again spent time with us. All this consultation happened prior to a quotation being submitted from John Clark Pools.
Prior to signing the SPASA Watertight Contract we were advised of the expected date of completion and the proposed timeline for each stage eg dig, concrete shell, etc.
When the timeline was altered slightly due to wet weather John Clark Pools advised us of the amended timeline and liaised with our landscaping contactor. Thus there were no delays in the completion of the whole pool area. We were never “left in the dark”. Rebecca or Travis regularly sought our feedback throughout the construction to make sure that we were happy.The handover of our pool took place within the timeframe quoted and most importantly as per contract price. All team members were professional and the site was always left clean and tidy. There were no surprises, no hidden extras!
The pool build was not the drama we envisaged but a pleasant experience. Rebecca we missed the team when the pool was completed!
